Sports Injuries

"Never say never because limits, like fears, are often just Illusions."- Michael Jordan

Sports injuries can be caused from numerous things such as failing to warm up or stretch before the sport, any type of accident, poor training practices, improper equipment, and lack of conditioning. Some types of sports injuries are sprains and strains, tears of ligaments, dislocated joints, fractured or broken bones, and head injuries.
